We´re opening a maternity leave replacement position for a limited 1 - 1,5 years period.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsibility for the complete flow of order processing (inquiries, order entry, delivery, invoicing)

- Daily cooperation with external customers/ trading partners/ installers

- Daily cooperation with other internal departments

- Communication with headquarters in Vienna and some group factories for availability and purchasing

- Monthly reporting of environmental waste data

REQUIREMENTS:    

- University degree (logistics/ supply chain management) or several years experience in supply & logistics preferably in an international trading/ distribution company

- SAP experience and good knowledge of Excel are of advantage

- Very goog knowledge of English language

- Very good communication skills & organisational skills

- Accuracy and stress resistance are of major importance

- Energetic and customer-oriented personality

- Flexibility and good team player
