Customer Service Representative

YOU WILL:   



- Take care of customers by phone or email

- Keep records of customer interactions and contacts

- Research required information using available resources

- Communicate with all team members, internal departments and local offices

- Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved

- Identify and escalate priority issues

- Recommend process improvements

- English AND German language skills (high level) or
