Náplň práce
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Performance simple tasks in the area of global operation procurement
- Independent and autonomous performance of tasks
- Monitoring/administration of the procurement related process
- Creation of purchase orders properly and within agreed time
- Ensuring of relevant structure and classification of purchase orders
- Execution and checking of non-matching incoming invoices with purchase orders
- Preparation of propered and completed data for purchasing systems (Master Data)
- Discussion of deadlines with suppliers
- Administration of assignments to external services providers / suppliers.
- Preliminary work/support for experienced procurement agents and other customers or stakeholders
- Ensuring of conformity with compliance rules.
- Provides services within 1st level support and interfaces to 2nd level support
- Knowledge of Corporate procurement policy and practices
- Work with internal IT systems and applications
- Overview and reporting preparation related to performed tasks based on requests
- Proper communication with internal customers, suppliers and others

REQUIREMENTS:
- Unversity Education (Master῾s degree)
- Knowledge of English (advanced) and Dutch (advanced) is a must
- Knowledge of SAP
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure

- Strong communication skills
