Business Analyst

For the implementation and continuous improvement of its CRM and recruitment application, Trenkwalder is looking for a business analyst to integrate its application and process team. He or She will be in charge of:
- Communication with the system users and stakeholders for collecting functionnal and non-functionnal requirements
- Review and analyze change requests on the system
- Participate to roll-out projects in various subsidaries of the Trenkwalder group in Europe (Poland, Austria, Czech, Slovenia etc...)
- Prepare analytic documentation understood by both the business community and the IT community
- Implement change requests via Salesforce configuration tools (no programming)
- Coordinate the implementation of change requests with the system supplier, internal teams and potential 3rd parties
- Provide 2nd level support to Trenkwalder users community
- Analyze interfacing of the Recruiting system with other systems (reporting, web, accounting etc...)
- Prepare acceptance tests by the user community and provide trainings

A good command of the English language is necessary, knowledge of other European languages is advantageous (German, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Slovenian).
Travelling necessary to various European countries, 2 to 3 days per month in average.
The candidate shall be willing to pass the Salesforce Certified Administrator exam after 6 months of practice.
