Network specialist for service desk and projects

Trenkwalder Solutions, is searching for an English speaking Network specialist for the network implementation, maintenance and monitoring of its datacenters and 300 branches over 18 countries. The main tasks are:
- Participate actively to the corporate IT infrastructure design, implementation, maintenance and monitoring with focus on network in a complex environment (virtualization, clustering, SAN, VPN…)
- Work in close collaboration with the Network Leader / Architect and other infrastructure team members on projects and maintenance.
- Solve technical problems/requests registered on the internal IT service desk system
- Configure switches, routers and firewalls in datacenters and branch offices
- Create reliable network documentation
- Provide services according to the company standard processes
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with local IT in countries
- Support other team members

- Service Desk open from 7:00 to 18:00, 5 days/week (no night shifts, no week-end shifts)
