Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- administration and management services in the field of business – marketing;
- ensuring the smooth running of the office and retail premises of the employer / Heinemann Duty free shops at the Airport M.R. Štefánika – Bratislava, Ivánska cesta, 823 01 Bratislava, in particular by ensuring his personal agenda and administration;
- preparation, regular processing and sending of commercial and accounting documents for the employer and reports for government authorities (orders, reports, attendance, financial statements for the sales department, state agencies) by data processing and internal systems of the employer;
- activities in achieving sales and profit maximization by increasing the efficiency of the sales area in the shops;
- ensuring of strategic product layout on the sales area in the shops, after considering the cost, benefit and profit;
- taking care of assortment, activities and sales promotion on sales area in the shops;
- ensuring of optimal presentation of goods, standard assortment and decorations on specified areas in the shops in accordance with the instructions of the parent company Heinemann marketing;
- responsibility for the care of advertising areas in the shops;
- planning and analyzing of business and economic indicators and activities specific to the sales area in the shops and the realization of the instructions of the employer and its parent company Heinemann;
- Managing of subordinated employees, tasking, organization, managing and control of their work.
