Job description, responsibilities and duties

EuroCoc is looking for the right candidate to strenghten our French customer service team. With France being our major market, we need a helping hand. Successful candidate will be required to assist the customer service with various duties, but mainly:

- deal directly with french customers either by telephone, email, or company chat
- respond promptly to customer inquiries
- obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- process orders, forms, applications and requests
- create, update and maintain customer details
- keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- manage administration
- communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- follow up on customer interactions
