Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are a B2B company, this means you’ll be in contact with travel agencies and corporations for their travel needs every day. Your task and duties will be arranging complex services in the USA and Canada which include but are not limited to Airport Transfers, Hotel arrangements, Dining plans, Concerts and sporting event tickets, Vacation packages, Fashion show tickets and prepayments of all land services of your group of travelers. You will be acquiring accounts that you will be working with on a regular basis. The Job also requires excellent office administration skills.
PUNCTUALITY, LOGICAL BUSINESS THINKING AND PROBLEM SOLVING is a must.
AMERICAN HOURS of work starting at 1 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. (8 hours).
Later (after gaining necessary skills and knowledge) possibility to partially work from home some days of the week.
