We are looking for new team members responsible for leading and managing all activities of the web in selected regions and countries. This position requires responsible, proactive and creative people. You will be searching for new Tralandia team members in selected countries, manage them, coach and mentor them. You will be responsible for developing our presence in many regions of the world and managing marketing strategies with top management.
Your Responsibilities:
- Create your own process of searching new team members.
- Searching for new Vendors and Administrators in selected countries.
- Couching, mentoring and managing your team (Vendors and Administrators).
- Seeking, establishing collaboration and communicaing with telemarketing companies.
- Preparing strategies in cooperation with top management of the company.
- Contribution to company with ideas and well done management work.
