Job description, responsibilities and duties

 You manage an interdisciplinary team und assume the complete project responsibility as the contact person for the customers.
 You are responsible for the planning, execution, and documentation of your project keeping appointments, budget and quality.
 You also take the responsibility for achieving the financial project goals.
 As the project manager, you are responsible for the compliance of the APQP processes and standards and for the implementation requested Change Requests.
 Together with your project team you develop future-oriented problem-solving strategies.
 You form the interface between your team, management, and customer, which you have to inform about changes constantly.

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) or German - Upper intermediate (B2)

 After finishing an engineering or technical study you have already gathered some professional experience as project manager in the automotive supply industry.
 Your abilities include organizational- and analytical talent as well as a solution- and customer-oriented method of working.
 You have a pronounced leadership competence and dispose of talent in interpersonal contact.
 In addition you have already experiences in presentation- and negotiating techniques.
 Readiness to travel and fluent German- and English knowledge complete your profile

Snop Automotive is a manufacturer of structural components and body assemblies for the automotive industry.
