Team leader of project managers in incoming travel agency

- Business/expert activities
o Prepares and supervises execution of programs, accommodation, conferences and other offers to clients
o Ensures high quality of tour agency and tour operator services is provided
o Efficiently and timely liaises and negotiates with clients and suppliers
o Represents the company on personal meetings with clients and suppliers and other parties
o Takes care of tourists groups in the field
o Participates in web, leaflets and other marketing materials and technologies development and preparation
o Reports to the managing director of the agency and provides them with feedback on all tasks given
o Ensures regular contact with clients are maintained and feedback from clients received
o Prepares and takes part in fam-trips, inspections trips and other work-related activities outside of the office
o Liaise with drivers and other staff of the agency
o Prepares price and costs calculations of offers and other related documentation
- Managing activities
o Effectively leads, delegates, manages, supports and trains project managers
o Responsible for execution of a business plan and strategy related to reservations/programs
o Ensures efficiency of services execution and productivity of the team, sets priorities while maintaining a complete overview of workload of project managers
o Ensures that set processes are rightly followed
o Advises project managers and helps to solve their problems and non-standard situations
o Maintains reporting system and brings up processes and business development and business adjustment improvement ideas
o Serves as the first escalation point to staff reporting to them
o Oversees office environment, equipment, etc.
