Which competences are an advantage

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Management Systems
Proficient with Photoshop and/or InDesign, ability to translate layered comps into code
Hand coding HTML/CSS/jQuery web pages

Magento
Ability to work within a team and demonstrate strong work ethic
Highly articulate with clear speaking and writing skills
Extreme attention to detail and ability to QA your own work quickly
Will learn source control (e.g. Git)
Will learn working in a UNIX environment
