Job description, responsibilities and duties
Area Sales Representative
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:
1. Organizes, coordinates and verifies the sales in the designated area
2. Prepares periodical sales reports and transmits them to the sales manager
3. Monitories the debtors and the payment status
4. Monitories the contractual relationships with the company's clients
RESPONSABILITIES:
• Presents the products sold by the company and assists the clients
• Prepares the price offers and is responsible for the correctness of the prices
• Concludes the sale-purchase agreements
• Organizes the weekly activity program of the sales;
• Launches the orders to the Sales Manager or to the person that he designates and is responsible for the correctness of the order. He is liable for the eventual errors
• He / she communicates to the clients the supplying date
• Verifies if the payment is performed at the data agreed in the contracts and insures the performing of the payment at that respective date
• Verifies in detail the situation of the clients that are about to sign contract; provided any doubts in connection with the respective future clients, he asks for the approval of the Sales Manager for the conclusion of the contract.
• Receives the complaints of the clients and hand them over to the competent persons, watching their evolution
• He / she prepares the weekly activity report
• Monitories the market and identifies the development measures that fit the company
• Identifies the means for the company to develop its services according to the market demand
SPECIAL FEATURES
EDUCATIONAL LEVEL: bachelor degree
EXPERIENCE: at least 3 years in sales of building materials.
NECESSARY ABILITIES:
• English – is mandatory
• Availability for daily trips in the surrounding area.
• Microsoft Office
• General ability to learn things
• Ability to work with documents
• Activity planning and organizing
• Negotiation skills
• Driving License
• The ability to work effectively with others and clear communication.
• Excellent organization and planning, motivation and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking, judgment and decision-making ability.
• Enjoying work in a team environment, as well as independently.
