KAM Manager Eastern Europe

Main purpose of the role of KAM Manager Eestern Europe is to retain existing business and pro-actively identify new business opportunities with KAM accounts in one of industry sectors (with focus on Healthcare), to identify and develop senior level customer constacts at strategic level and propose solutions that meet and exceed the needs of key accounts and finally, to support and drive the KAM growth and KAM managers in allocated countries within the Eastern European Operating Unit.
In detail, the main key activities of this role are:

• to sell TNT services and grow profitable (of allocated portfolio of multi country KAM accounts for EE region - Czech republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Baltics)
• to establish strategic senior customer relationships including procurement and buying centre
• to do regular account reviews both operationally and strategically with key customer stakeholders
• to identify, create and win business in line with TNT strategic ambitions and priorities
• to track competitor capabilities, service offerings and rates
• perform pipeline, productivity, performance and opportunity reviews with KAM managers of allocated countries and drive profitable KAM growth in these countries.

- at least five years experience in Account Management/Business Development
- proven excellent track record in a multinational company and in dealing with senior management level
- people management, leading virtual teams across different cultures
- fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
- excellent influencing and negotiation skills, across cultures
- detailed knowledge about supply chain and understanding of supply chain complexities
- strong market awareness and knowledge about relevant TNT industry sector
- authority and skills set to deal with senior level at procurement organization and buying centre
- excellent presentation skills and ability to act as a recognized business partner to senior level management
- finance knowledge for non Financial Management
- ability to independently prepare and host senior management and board meetings internally and externally
