Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for 3 young, ambitious and diligent Operations Analysts to join our highly-talented Operations Transformation team.

The successful candidates will work with an experienced team of ex-consultants and project managers who are focused on driving operational improvements across TMF Group. These roles will offer a unique opportunity to build new skills in project management, lean process improvement and business change management. In addition to offering a core foundation of skills the successful candidate will benefit from international experience from day 1 – providing the platform to build a successful career within a global team.

The three roles will each have an initial focus on one of the following areas for the 1st year with an opportunity to move across the team in 2018 and beyond;
- Lean Process Improvement: Re-design and implement a new process operating model to drive business efficiencies and improve service quality.
- Finance Transformation: Optimization of core finance processes, technology and organizational construct across TMF Group.
- Technology Enablement: Working as a conduit between the business and IT teams to manage large, multi-country projects through requirements gathering, system design, build, test and implementation.

The candidates will operate in a core project team, taking specific responsibility for:

- Assisting the project managers in key planning and governance activities
- Developing robust business cases
- Supporting process design sessions with local subject matter experts, department heads, product owners and other stakeholders
- Owning the creation of process maps, operating procedures, client request forms, and quality checklists using standard templates
- Supporting the implementation of new services and new ways of working to drive efficiency and improve service quality
- Eliciting and documenting business requirements
- Support process and/or technology roll-outs
- Coordinating the review and sign off of key business documents
- Completing data analysis to aide decision making, business cases and KPI reporting
- Managing their own workload across a number of projects, reporting to weekly project governance

Personality requirements and skills

- Exemplary academics with a Bachelor’s degree or preferably higher
- 1-2 years of experience on a similar role in a corporate international environment would be preferred but not essential
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ambitious, self-motivated and a team player
- Ability to grasp new skills, concepts, ideas or tools quickly and efficiently
- Excellent proficiency in creating and editing content in Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong time management skills
- A track record of delivering to deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail, with an appreciation of good formatting in the preparation of materials
- International sensitivity and willingness to travel (up to 30%)
- Experience in creating process documentation (preferred but not essential)
