Job description, responsibilities and duties

TMF Group is looking for a Transformation Manger to join its Operations Transformation Team.

This is a global role responsible for the design and implementation of the Target Operating Model (TOM) for new services. The role reports to Senior Manager in our process transformation team. The successful candidate will collaborate with a cross-functional team to turn innovative ideas into practical processes, tools and behaviors that enable our new services to be effectively delivered.
The key responsibilities for this role will be:
- Develop robust and data driven business cases to inform investment and design decisions
- Own the design of how a new service will be delivered by the business, developing business requirements and processes to define a robust operating model
- Manage project budgets, delivery timelines and quality
- Engage with Regional and local leaderships team to mobilize and train our offices to deliver new services
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to build engagement and buy-in for the new service operating model

Personality requirements and skills

The successful candidate will have a background in process transformation, strong programme management and exemplary people skills. You will have experience in developing a Target Operating Model for an organization, looking across people, process and technology lenses. Our ideal candidate will have:
- 4-6 years of experience working in a management consulting or internal change function
- A Bachelor’s degree (2:1 Hons or above)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in developing business process and requirements
- Experience in the services industry (preferred but not essential)
