Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an ambitious and diligent Operations Analyst to join our highly-talented team. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing support to one of the strategic, high profile programs for 2017 and onwards, developing the processes and technology solutions to support a single view of our clients (SVoC). The programme will the development of the SVoC business case, optimise business processes, the technical solution and establish controls to ensure we are managing our data correctly and consistently. The successful candidate will work with an experienced team of change and project managers as part of the Group Operations team. The role will offer a unique opportunity to build analysis, technology delivery, process improvement, project management and change management skills. In additional to building a range of new skills this role will also offer the opportunity to gain international experience, working with different cultures from across the globe.

The main responsibility will be to support the senior implementation teams in the preparation and refinement of technology requirements, project management deliverables and process documents. Specific responsibilities include:
- Elicit and document business requirements
- Providing support during process design sessions with local subject matter experts and department heads
- Support process and technology rollouts
- Owning the creation of process maps, operating procedures, client request forms, and quality checklists using standard templates
- Coordinating the review and sign off of key business documents
- Completing data analysis to aide decision making, business cases and KPI reporting
- Supporting the implementation of new ways of working to drive efficiency and improve service quality
- Assisting the project managers in key planning and governance activities
- Managing their own workload across a number of projects, reporting to weekly project governance

- Exemplary academics with a Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Excellent written and spoken English

- Ability to grasp new skills, concepts, ideas or tools quickly and efficiently
- Excellent proficiency in creating and editing content in Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong time management skills
- A track record of delivering to deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail, with an appreciation of good formatting in the preparation of materials
- International sensitivity and willingness to travel (up to 30%)
- Experience in creating process documentation (preferred but not essential)
- Experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
