Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an ambitious and diligent Operations Analyst to join our highly-talented team.

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing support to one of the high profile programs for 2017, the design and implementation of Target Operating Model (TOM) for new products and services. The project will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to turn innovative ideas into practical processes, tools and behaviors that enable our new services to be effectively delivered across TMG Group in a consistent and efficient manner.

The successful candidate will work with an experienced team of transformation professionals with backgrounds in change management, lean process improvement and project management. The role will offer a unique opportunity to build analysis, technology delivery, process improvement, project management and change management skills.

In additional to building a range of new skills this role will also offer the opportunity to gain international experience, working with different cultures from across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

The main responsibility will be to support the senior implementation teams in the preparation and refinement of new product requirements, project management deliverables and process documents. Specific responsibilities include:

•Providing support during design sessions with local subject matter experts and product owners to define how new service will be delivered
•Documenting business and technology requirements to support product launches
•Owning the creation of process maps, operating procedures, client request forms, and quality checklists using standard templates
•Coordinating the review and sign off of key business documents
•Completing data analysis to aide decision making, business cases and KPI reporting
•Supporting the implementation of new services and new way of working to drive efficiency and improve service quality
•Assisting the project managers in key planning and governance activities
•Managing their own workload across a number of projects, reporting to weekly project governance
