Job description, responsibilities and duties

Main responsibilities:
1. Corporate- secretarial agenda
- Annual general meeting, extraordinary general meetings
- Shareholder’s resolutions, board resolutions, etc.
- Change of seat, board change, change of company’s name, other changes in the Commercial Register
- Changes of corporate documents
- Increase / reduction of registered capital

2. Incorporations, acquisitions and liquidations

3. HR support
- Employment contracts, agreements, amendments
- Termination of employment relationships (notice, agreement, analysis)
- Warning letters
- Working rules, guidelines

4. Personal data protection

5. Agenda of foreigners
- Analysis of required permits, duration of free stay in Slovakia, visa
- Obtaining of work permit, obtaining of stay permit
- Assistance at police department, medical check
- Information cards
- Registered residency of EU citizens
- Termination of permits

6. Various legal administrative tasks
- Document preparation (simple contracts e.g. loans, amendments, power of attorney, etc.)
- Notifications to authorities, etc.

7. Registered address

8. Tax registrations, Process agent – set up deregistration

9. Know your client agenda

10. Administration of TMF entities

11. In time

12. Legislation review

13. Receivables – reminders, judicial enforcement, etc.
