TMF Group is currently looking for an Assistant to EMEA Board (ExCo) to join its EMEA team.
The new Assistant to the EMEA Board should be an experienced and qualified individual who has supported the Board before and ideally coming from similar international corporate setup. This person will be joining the team of a large global company which offers a comprehensive range of services covering Accounting, Legal and HR and Payroll compliance and reporting. This is a high profile role that provides full business support to the Board of Directors covering the EMEA region. The Board is consisted of the following roles: CEO, COO, Finance Director, HR Director, Sub-regional Directors, IT, Marketing and Legal Director. Milestones of the position will be: managing the Board’s agenda, organizing Board meetings, coordinate interaction between the Board on major projects, Project Management, minute taking, action logging and progress tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing and managing all Board meetings;
- Providing full administrative support to the Head of the Region;
- Organizing weekly calls for the Board, preparation of action logs, taking minutes, tracking logs, follow up;
- Organizing and supporting office performance management calls - preparation of action logs, taking minutes, tracking logs, follow up;
- Organizing quarterly business reviews – full event management;
- Organizing meetings, coordinating attendance, ensuring that the meeting documentation is available in advance;
- Performing typing, short-hand, audio and clerical and organizational duties as required.
