II/III-Level Support regarding ICT and Applications (Backend, Incident/Problem/Change/Release )
Configuration Mgmt.), III-Level Planning & Solving Group
Overall responsible for the Incident management process for applications and application serves
Coordination of system deploments
Prioritisation of tasks and leadership of junior team membetrs.
Control and Management of Job's (Batch, Backup, Archive, Journals, Log's, …),
Delivery of complex non standard orders (special reports for customers, etc.)
Continual improvement of application support, monitoring and knowledge base.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

Able to communicate in English language (speak, read, write)
IT technology background. Linux knowledge, SQL knowledge, General Overview about Java and J2EE platform.
Experience in application support - deployment and maintenance of complex systems.
Ability to coordinate and lead junior team members
Experience in ICT services in large organization, Experience in ITSM according to ITIL
