Job description, responsibilities and duties
Role
The Junior Key Account Manager will manage the sales business within Slovak Republic, working closely with the Divisional Sales Director to achieve the financial targets.
The goal is to grow the overall business in the current market through mid and long term strategies,
as well as fast execution to close deals and meet short-term targets. The main emphasis will be placed on existing accounts and increase growth and targeting potential projects with IT integration, IT development, IT consulting services (banking, insurance a financial companies).
The candidate must have the ability to succeed in a high-pressure environment and work on several
projects/accounts within a focused sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Understands the business model and products and services to be sold
- Works closely with the Service and Development team to offer/quote the appropriate product x services to current customers
- Prepares an accurate monthly forecast
- Is responsible for the financial targets, as defined by the Sales Unit Director
- Develops and implements strategies for continued development of existing accounts and
penetration of new accounts, territories etc.
- Makes decisions regarding prospect qualification, pricing, conflict management and the development of procedures impacting solution activities
