Role
• The Senior Sales Manager will develop and manage the sales business within Slovak Republic, working closely with the Divisional Sales Director to achieve the financial targets.
• The goal is to grow the overall business in the current market through mid and long term strategies, as well as fast execution to close deals and meet short-term targets. Main focus will be spending by targeting potentional IT integration, IT development, IT consultancy customers (banking, insurance and finacial companies).
• The candidate must have the ability to succeed in a high-pressure environment and work on several projects/accounts within a focused sales team.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Experience:
• Ability to sell unique system solutions
• Ability to achieve planned results
• Proven track record in sales (3 – 5 years)
• Understanding of business issues and indicators (revenue, P&L)
• Experience and contact base in IT banking solutions is highly welcome
• Ability to be part of dynamic team
• Experience in a multinational is preferable but not mandatory
• Excellent organisational and negotiation skills
• Able to deliver tasks in a timely manner
• Language Fluent Slovak, English
