3070 Project Managers is a technical project manager responsible for end to end management of 3070 projects in area of shop-fitting, interior fitting and production of presentation displays (POP & POS displays). Much of the workload requires frequent communication between clients and internal departments (design, production, production technical specialist & logistics). Project Manager is a member of 12+ Project managers based in Slovakia and Germany and still expanding. The Project Manager reports to Head of Business unit. He or she will be responsible for:
• Creation and coordination of project team (designers, engineers, production specialists, logistics specialists, installation teams)
• Project time-plan creation and update
• Financial coordination of project: project budget creation and update, creation of cash flow plan, controlling of internal and external costs, revenues and project margin
• Assessment of projects risks and their mitigation
• Coordination of external suppliers, order processing, coordination of quality control
• Information flow management – communication with clients, internal and external project stakeholders (project team, suppliers, etc.)
• Understanding and implementation of contractual conditions throughout project execution based on agreements signed with clients
• Execution of international project management portfolio (4-8 projects at the same time)
• Active communication and negotiation with clients
• Coordination ad motivation of other team-members, solving conflicting situations wthin the internal team
During the project execution, the PM is responsible mainly for:
• Execution of assigned project portfolio (4-8 projects at the same time)
• Review, monitoring and tracking of project scope requirements (project brief and its updates).
• Creation of project Time-plan, Budget, Resource plan, their update as needed
• Constant communication with client
• Evaluation of suppliers schedules and products to ensure timeliness and quality of execution of services and products for customers
• Control of project costs to ensure planned costs/revenues/profit are met (budget vs. forecast)
• Financial closing of the project: invoicing, project closing report
• Meetings with clients abroad - business trips to office in Frankfurt or any other European location (Switzerland, Austria, Russia, Scandinavia, etc. ...) app. 5 days in month
