Job description, responsibilities and duties

An exciting, Bratislava/Frankfurt-based retail design and manufacture company is searching for a dynamic person, who will act as the first point of contact for job seekers helping to initiate and coordinate the hiring process and supporting employer branding activities. Responsible for diverse set of administrative tasks, ensuring that the office runs smoothly, the facilities are clean, orderly, and safe, analyzing supply chain and other office related costs to determine cost-saving and efficiency savings.

Main Office management responsibilities:
Establish office related standards and procedures, organize office operations
Maintain office equipment, keep supplies in stock
Deal with suppliers (stationary, cleaning services, catering, language school, telco providers)
Coordinate language courses
Organize company events
Manage company car park & company phones
Book transport & accommodation
Manage office budget
ERP system key user – attendance module

Main HR responsibilities:
Post open roles on various job board sites
Screen resumes, conduct telephone & face to face interviews
Organize induction programs for new employees, assist in preparing new-hire packets
File and maintain employment records for future references; ensures compliance with applicant tracking requirements
Ensure personnel files are up to date and secure
Coordinate trainings
Assist Head of HR&Office with internal and external paperwork

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and German - Intermediate (B1)

Other knowledge

Human Resources - Advanced
Business correspondence - Advanced
Typing - Basic

Driving licence

B

Personality requirements and skills

Great candidate needs to have:

- English language advanced level
- German language advanced level
- Excel, Power Point, Outlook – advanced user
- Working experience in a similar position min. 2 year
- Ability to prioritize competing projects and deliver with confidence in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills, structured way of working
- Communicative, team player
- Change and customer oriented
