Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsible for the coordination, administration, tracking, and financial management of projects and project deliverables
Oversees all aspects of projects within the Operations and Projects team
The candidate will work under the direction of CFO on multiple large, medium, and small projects, and perform traditional project Controller duties as well as other administrative tasks required to ensure deliverables are adequately prepared, and project financials and schedule are properly maintained
Assist the Project Managers with emerging tasks as required to ensure project success and compliance
ERP set up based on project needs

2 years' experience tracking and updating project schedules and deliverables across a project portfolio, experience with scheduling and resource management tools the accounting and financial reporting knowledge/degree is needed.
Have experience utilizing software development methodologies.
Jeeves experience is the advantage but not a must.
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Excellent skills and experience with MS Excel for project planning and controlling.
Strong analytical skills.
Fluent in English, German is an advantage.
Flexible, open-minded, open to changes person.
