Job description, responsibilities and duties
Job Description:
- office and sales manager
- person will be responsible for contact and communication with clients
- develop and maintain the working relationships with suppliers and customers
- planning drivers and vehicles to achieve loading and delivery times in accordance with working time directives
- daily communication with drivers, solving all kind of problems
- person responsible for dealing with all driver affairs and evaluating the performances of drivers
- person responsible for dealing with all affairs and evaluating the performances of office personel
- drafting individual quotations for clients
- administrative work
- contact with insurance companies
- preparation of documents for payroll and accounting
- invoicing

- English - advanced, some Hungarian and/or German preferably, other foreign languages welcome,
- good computer skills,
- knowledge and experience with installing and setting up new systems and programs,
- experience in road transport (and rail transport preferably)
- to have an own network of possible clients is very valuable!
- also trading in loads (expedition/spedition) will be very important
- good communication skills and problem solving
- dynamic person with good organisational and analytical skills
- excellent planning skills
- good knowledge of Slovakian and English, some Hungarian and also some German language would be beneficiary
- Needed clean extract of Good Behaviour (clean Criminal record) from the police
- good computer skills,
