Job description, responsibilities and duties

Tom Horn Gaming is searching for the Technical Support Lead who will be responsible for:

- Integration supervision and technical support during integration process
- QA of integration
- B2B support and training
- Improvement of internal & external documentation and self-service support & learning center
- Definition and implementation of integration and customer support processes
- Identify application defects, log the details and follow-up on the issues with the development teams
- An understanding of the iGaming industry is considered an asset

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary without school-leaving examination
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Respond promptly and professional to customer inquiries
- Ability to work in a challenging environment and be able to adapt to change
- Proactively come up with ways to monitor the systems end-to-end

- Technical knowledge - knowledge of HTML and Javascript, Web Application Debugging, SQL querying
- Ability to read, understand and debug source codes
- Communication skills- verbal and written in English (any other language is an advantage)
- Familiar with zendesk, Jira help or another ticketing system
