Responsibilities
• Responsible for the HR Shared services with focus on Recruitment & On-boarding, and other HR related topics to support different Capco locations
• Coordinating work of the team (5 members), support in professional development
• Solving in-coming daily business together with the team
• Contact point for the HR Leads in different Capco locations regarding shared service support
• Responsible for the enhancement and improvement of processes
• Reporting of the team activities to the management
• Ad-hoc tasks on the operational level

• Work in consulting multi-national project environment
• Training focused on soft skills and technical skills, external certification
