Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Learning and Development function at Capco is constantly evolving in order to support our business and build our talent. This is done by operating as an internal consultancy to add value to our business by attracting, retaining, and developing the best talent.

This role will work to create opportunities for knowledge sharing, enhance quality of learning while providing admin and project support to the Head of Learning in the UK and in Continental Europe. This entails working with key stakeholders internally and externally, auctioning ad-hoc requests, supporting the admin coordinator as required.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling training sessions (booking rooms, diary invites, administration in internal raining system)
• Arranging training logistics including: preparing materials, room-set-up, refreshments, calendar invitations, trainer bookings (internal and external)
• Communications to training participants, advising training participants of upcoming training sessions (availability) through email communication
• Processing feedback from training sessions and administration of training in internal training system
• Ad hoc support for training – setting up conference lines, booking travel and accommodation
• Admin assistance to Head of Learning in the UK and in Continental Europe.
• Taking minutes at meetings as required
• Supporting with project planning for training events
• Liaising with external organizations to set up training events such as venues, caterers, trainers

Information about the selection process

• Previous experience in Administration role is appreciated
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to plan, organize and coordinate tasks and people
• High attention to detail and execution excellence
• Proactive and self-managing
• Client-focused and proactive with a strong mind-set for continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels
• Ability to build and maintain relationships and be able to work under pressure whilst ensuring accuracy and maintaining focus
