Key responsibilities

• PMO Management reporting
• Administration & project support
• Status reporting & dashboard updates
• Risk, issue and change management
• Coordination of internal & project processes
• Internal & client meetings governance and follow up

Experience

• Hands on experience in project team support and project monitoring/reporting
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Self-Motivated and Self-Organized
• Ability to prioritize, organize and monitor project tasks/activities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English & French is a must
• Flexibility for travelling needed
