Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Personality requirements and skills
• University degree (Mgr., MBA, Ing.) with up to maximum 1 year of work experience
• Banking, Finance or IT related education
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to think write and present in a logical and structured way
• Basic knowledge of Capital markets functional processes (Middle office, Market, Credit, Operational Risk Management) or (Back office, Trade processing, Clearing, Settlement, Custody, Payments)
• Basic knowledge of Capital markets products FX-MM, Fixed income, Equity, Credit Derivates, Funds, Payments
• Familiar with Software Development Lifecycle
• Sound knowledge of IT technologies, IT frameworks and IT architectures, IT programming languages and tools is a plus
• Basic Unix or SQL
• Solid interpersonal skills (client facing) and ability to develop and maintain relationships successfully
• Fluent English (verbal and in writing) is required
• German or French language is an advantage
