Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Personality requirements and skills
• 3+ years of professional experience on Back office or business analysis position within the capital markets industry
• Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and the ability to employ these concepts in process design, system implementation and the development of client deliverables
• In-depth knowledge of Back-office process improvement, product management, client implementation, internal strategy etc.
• Detailed hands-on knowledge about industry-standard back office processing functional areas, including Custody, settlements (SWIFT) corporate actions, documentation (confirmation, advices, reset advices, etc.) trade processing, clearing, securities lending, collateral management, payments
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to think, write and present in a logical and structured way
• Actively communicating with managers and clients, discussing complex ideas and developing project deliverables
• Solid interpersonal skills (client facing) and ability to develop and maintain relationships successfully
• Fluency in English (verbal and in writing) required
Additional Requirements
Client based projects (West Europe) – partial traveling is required
• Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and the ability to employ these concepts in process design, system implementation and the development of client deliverables
