Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)
Personality requirements and skills
• 3+ years of professional experience in systems or business analysis and system design within the capital markets industry
• Experience in writing functional and business specifications with the ability to map conceptual financial and business elements to practical system capabilities
• Experience in Implementing/integrating/configuring of Murex or other market leading back office system e.g. Calypso, Kondor+; Summit
• Ability to quickly understand business requirements in the Financial Services/Capital markets domain
• Should be able to translate back office business requirements into actual system configuration
• Ability to structure complex tasks
• Strong ability to work within a team environment and be focused on providing a high quality of service to the client
• Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)
