WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:
• Identify opportunities for improving customer interactions and engagement throughout their journey.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop innovative and effective CRM campaign strategies aligned with our company's marketing and business objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research and customer analysis to identify key segments and tailor campaigns to suit their preferences.
• Take charge of end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring seamless set-up, rigorous testing, accurate deployment, and timely performance tracking.
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize their impact and effectiveness.
• Utilize data analytics to assess campaign performance, customer behavior, and engagement metrics, deriving actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign outcomes, presenting findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Enhance the customer journey by identifying touchpoints for improved engagement and developing strategies to increase customer retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Foster strong relationships with various teams, including marketing, IT and sales, to align campaign efforts and ensure consistent messaging.
• Adhere strictly to data protection regulations, ensuring all CRM activities are compliant with relevant data privacy laws and guidelines.
