WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:
• Managing the delivery of CZ and SK locally initiated coupons (e.g. driven by CZ and SK Proposition team, Tesco Mobile, Commercial) through Coupon Centre of Excellence team, and providing support and an escalation route
• Working with CZ and SK stakeholders across customer & product on how coupons can support business objectives
• Managing the delivery of coupon activities initiated by CE HR team
• Delivering coupon and offer service to the business in the most cost effective way, on time and without any malfunctions
• Managing the coupon testing processes in CZ/SK stores
• Engaging in & supporting ad hoc projects as per CE Lead Coupon Capability Manager"s request
• Answering customer queries/complaints in close co-operation with TBS team
• Supporting on preparation of finance reports - for coupons, vouchers and points financing reports (periodical and ad hoc reports)
• Ensuring that all finance and audit processes are followed
