Managing supplier performance and standards both from the office and at suppliers
Complete all Technical tasks in supplier and product management processes
Conducting product and supplier reviews and communicating with the relevant Sourcing teams

Key activities
Work with suppliers and help them to fulfil legal requirements
Set a clear site visit plan based on risk assessment and keep it updated
Visit suppliers according to the schedule
Support suppliers in meeting and exceeding Good Practices and maintaining their factory standards
Manage ethical trading with suppliers, monitor completion of action plans if required
Support product selection committees through technical and product safety knowledge
Work with local authorities to ensure that products are legal and fulfil relevant regulations
Identify the root cause of product related problems and complete CAP with suppliers accordingly
Provide support in cases of enforcement challenges related to products or suppliers responsible for
Solve Enforcement Challenges of products or suppliers concerned
Manage EPW process regarding products responsible for
Solve customer and store complaints with suppliers
Manage legislation changes, inform and support related CE teams
Monitor operation of managed suppliers regarding legislation changes
Make sure that products are safe and legal and in accordance with all legislations concerned
Work with relevant technical data bases and complete periodical category reviews, KPIs as required
Be flexible and helpful for colleagues when ad hoc issues have to be managed
