• Resolving issues with enforcement officers and monitoring
• Emergency product withdrawals
• Monitoring and implementation of new food related legislation
• Reviewing performance data, reporting
• Influencing other departments to implement hygienic and food safety standards
• Producing and advising on training and operational material and documents
• Cooperation with other departments regarding new projects according to the business plans (save and legal issues)
• Managing and resolving negative state authorities findings in cooperation with other departments - set up corrective action plans
• Monitoring TTpack/DTube (inspection controls), contacting the stores about sending details of defaults which have been found, study inspection protocol and communication defaults to the responsible department (depends on issue, e.g. buyer, TM, DC, SCH...), solve the problem
• Preparing statements according to requests or imposed measures of state administration offices
• Pre-invoicing the penalties (prepare records for account office about charging), evidence of penalties
• Product withdrawals: communication and management of product withdrawal process within the business - issuing EPW depends on requests (state office, TESCO, supplier), summarize the data’s about withdrawn pieces on the stores/depos, communicate with TM, COMM, DC, SCH and try to find out the best solution of the problem
• Analysis and implementation to the retail of a new legislation in area of food – mainly unpackaged food labelling, safety and legality of selling products
• Reporting: informing the management about all relevant issues, preparing reports according to the business needs
• Developing effective working relationships primary with the state authorities in the area of food
• Support and advising to stores in the event of operational problems, customer complaints, complaints to wrong quality of products , technical problems etc.
• Verification of the quality and labelling of products using a questionnaire over the RIS application
• HACCP (stores, DC) - control documents, assembling, actualization, creating new as needed
• Cooperation and solving problems with supplier of sanitary equipment at stores.
