I lead and develop the Fresh Food and Promo Display planning teams , so that we have the right process for building planograms for range changes to the required standard delivering the customer promise ‘I can get what I want’.
I manage the Display Rules and check that planograms meet Target Shelf Capacity rules.
I coach my team to improve display standards and regularly plan and review work with my team.
I am responsible for key KPI´s, their delivery and improvement of our performance.
I personally support activities based on business plan and key projects (RSET agenda, DRG harmonization, Clustering harmonization, SM plan etc. )
I build and communicate displays (system)
I dealing with complex issues
