Aká bude vaša práca u nás?

Managing on a Commercial Team level the initiatives included in the Transformation and Change Plan, ensuring that
changes are processed in line with the agreed plan and according to Commercial Standard Implementation Model andchange RACI
Reporting and managing any variations to the critical path
Ensuring the right split of duties within the Commercial Team to secure Team capacity for Category Reset duties and other transformational projects for the Business
Preparation and execution of in-country measurements of daily activities performed by the Product Team and Managing Capacity Plan.
Proposing changes in Commercial Capacity Plan as required to keep the right level of resources on the transformational priorities to deliver them on time
Engaging stakeholders to inform and communicate key Product Team developments
Being a “go to” person for information about upcoming and already landed changes, escalating issues and proposing solutions worked out with Commercial Team and change owners
Gathering feedback from Commercial Team regarding to planned and already implemented changes
Assessing the readiness for change of the business, advising on activities to embed the change within the business
