WHO WE NEED ? WHAT IS REQUIRED ?
Owner of the Promotions Reporting Suite for Central Europe
Develop, implement and manage Promotions Reporting Suite through clear prioritization of the pipeline
Close cooperation with Commercial and Market Insights Managers as well as Category Buying Managers and Trade Planners to provide insight and support business decisions
Regular auditing of existing reports, automatization and optimization of the reports
Plan for harmonization of the reports across CE
Manage how to get necessary data from different sources in one report with cooperation of CE Commercial Data Development Manager
Support Promotional Tool training and meetings
Long term plan on how to get better solution for promotions reporting through data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
Lead the Promo Optimization project to ensure efficient promotions

Higher education: Master’s degree (preferably MSc or MA in Business, Marketing, Finance, etc.)
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) is required
Excellent understanding of commercial and financial aspects of business
Proven record of managing complex tasks in changing business environment
Ability to lead multifunctional projects with problem-solving approach
Ability to work well individually as well as in a team
Experience with working in a large matrix organization, preferably with global/virtual team experience and ability to work in remote office environment
Skilled time management with the ability to prioritize goals
Excellent analytical thinking and fluency in analytical tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to present work to executives and large groups
VBA and SQL (preferable, not required)
Experience with Data Visualization tools – Tableau, PowerBI (preferable, not required)
Strong self-motivation and ability to work on his/her own (independently against set goals)
Pro-active working to reach company targets
Business development experience, and experience of contributing to sales and margin improvements
Ability to effectively manage across cultures
