Job description, responsibilities and duties

Temporary position from 15th November to 28th February.

Check in regular basis if in 1P system data are loaded on time, properly and accurate (based on my knowledge, and agreed promotions’ KPI’s), contact buyers in case of any mistakes or missing data.

Support the buyers to correct their mistakes, comply to the promotional policy, rules, brief and fill in any missing data in the 1P system.

Correct, add or remove the data from 1P system – on buyers request, or based on Trade Plan governance meetings decisions (communicated by Promotions Manager).

Check all the promo price discrepancies, solve conflicts with Bengaluru Team on buyer request.

Support buyers in preparation of communication for stores incl. promo packs.

Support buyers in feature space issues solving.

To follow the Promo Manager time plan for division communicated, every week remind buyers of the promotional tasks to be done for promotions currently processed according to the critical path (or catch up plan in case of delays agreed with Promotions Manager).

Track the current status of each promotion vs. promotional critical path, escalate any delays to Promotions Manager.

Prepare the reports: promotions nominations for every week; mistakes; duplications/overlapping promotions; missing data; noncompliance with promo policy/ rules/ brief to buyers, CBM’s and Promotions Manager.

Analyse the reports for Promotions Manager and agree the actions to improve promotions data quality.

Always keep Customer (end user) in mind in all of my actions.

Cooperate with Trade Plan team, buyers and Bengaluru team (on buyer request).
