Aká bude vaša práca u nás?

I develop media communication plans to support business priorities and protect our reputation
I act as the spokesperson of Tesco; managing the daily media enquires
I work closely with the CE Communications team to adapt and localize CE external communication plans and content, as well as I am helping to lead CE plans where needed
I develop and deliver the local media communications plan to inform and engage media and through them the customers
I ensure clear, structured way of communicating to the media by providing good quality content and coherent messages on time in a relevant and helpful way
I am responsible for maintaining our corporate owned media – corporate website and corporate social media channels
I support the country and regional leadership team to engage with the media where needed, by identifying the key journalists for them to build relationships with, organizing strategic interview opportunities when we have a story to tell and arranging media training
I co-ordinate external speaking engagements
I develop and maintain strong and productive relationships with key media partners (bloggers, journalists), being proactive in personal relations and getting knowledge on media expectations
I manage the crisis communication and report back external communication issues to the business
I forecast and track the budget for all external communication projects and ongoing activities, working with agencies and external suppliers

Personality requirements and skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in mother language and in English
Previous experience as a spokesperson, preferable in multinational company
Ability to manage and lead projects
Customer focus, personal integrity, teamwork, need and ability to develop one self and others
Being open-minded and creative in proposing and implementing new ideas, interest in latest trends
Thinking in broader perspective, not only one market
Experience in line-managment is preferable
