Temporary job - one year project
I seek for new and innovative ways to improve the business, I am working towards a leaner and more flexible workforce in our stores
I plan the deliveries of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the stream and the department. I prepare and complete action plans
I am responsible to coordinate the work of CE project from reward and structure point of view
I am responsible to lead and follow up the given projects throughout the define, measure, analyse, improve and control phase
I prepare and update project documentation, ensure time, resource and control plans regarding the projects of the umbrella program
I am responsible to coordinate and follow up the lifecycle and implementation of projects under umbrella program, from definition to rollout
Ensuring teams understand new processes and receive all relevant information within the correct timescales
I will work with all the stakeholders and other project members to collect all information that is relevant for the project
I actively work with reward and OD managers to get necessary insight for my job
I make sure that I am up to date with all structural and reward practice in Tesco Europe store operations
I analyse all relevant people data and come up with the best solution for our stores operations and meets the project objectives
Actively looking for new ways of reward and workforce resourcing.
I work shoulder to shoulder with insight department to be able to be up to date with external market practices on reward and organizational structures
Reviewing and creating the employment policies relevant for any change coming with result of project
I act as true independent project manager and drive my projects with regularly informing project sponsor and project leader

Personality requirements and skills

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience
Fluent/high level English knowledge
University or college degree
Experience in reward practices and organizational design
Cross functional work experience
Experience in managing company wide projects
Basic employment regulation knowledge
MS Office - including Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Visio
Driving licence
