Invite poor performing suppliers to Intensive care
Organize weekly meetings to discuss current issues/problems and agree on action plans and next steps with responsible person & deadlines
Supplier Implant process
Coordinate/help Supplier Implants with their issues
Handle all legal documents (collaboration agreement, agreement about secrecy)
Weekly Service Level monitoring - give feedback to them regarding Weekly SL
Organize monthly/quarterly Joint Business Plan meetings (set targets for all KPI’s, invite Supplier Ordering Manager as well)
Take part in process developments within Tesco Supply Chain as well as cross-functionally
Share best practice/knowledge across Supply Chain teams to reach an easier but more efficient way of working
Work closely with other functions, such as: Commercial, SRD, Marketing, Retail, Support Office, Finance, etc)
Organize Seasonal meetings with relevant Suppliers (before Christmas, Easter, summer season, etc..)
Provide frequent update about the Supplier Optimization activities and achieved successes
