•Prepare analysis and supporting calculations for investment planning
•Consolidate data and prepare the post investment appraisal for realized projects in CE region
•Monitor capital and operating expenditures actual spend vs forecast, investigate variances
•Prepare (pre) investment calculations for projects with relevant supporting analysis
•Provide advices, highlight risks and opportunities, prepare business comments and recommendations
•Prepare internal reviews, analysis and approval documents for governance meetings
•Complete ad-hoc analysis and reports, problem solving on day-to-day basis
•Act as a business partner to Property team and colleagues from Finance in investments matters

•This role covers complex view of financial results (not partial PnL lines) and gives great opportunity to participate on various project implementation from financial point of view
