 Own the Business relationship with Europool who operate Tesco Recycling Units (RSUs)
 Coordinate the formal Governance of the Europool operation as detailed in the contract
 Developing Operating processes with Stores, DCs and RSUs for use of Loose Equipment
 Track and Drive the implementation of the Europool full rollout Contract and Business case
 Engaging Distribution, Store, Supply Chain and Product teams in developing change
 Leading Natural Work Teams in Distribution and Cross Functionally
 Working with external Industry bodies, Europool and Suppliers to identify the best Loose Equipment for Tesco to use
 Create the CE loose equipment capital replacement plan and support country budgeting for loose equipment
 Develop visible standards and KPIs for management of Loose Equipment in CE
