Own the Business relationship with Europool who operate Tesco Recycling Units (RSUs)
Coordinate the formal Governance of the Europool operation as detailed in the contract
Developing Operating processes with Stores, DCs and RSUs for use of Loose Equipment
Track and Drive the implementation of the Europool full rollout Contract and Business case
Engaging Distribution, Store, Supply Chain and Product teams in developing change
Leading Natural Work Teams in Distribution and Cross Functionally
Working with external Industry bodies, Europool and Suppliers to identify the best Loose Equipment for Tesco to use
Create the CE loose equipment capital replacement plan and support country budgeting for loose equipment
Develop visible standards and KPIs for management of Loose Equipment in CE
Coordinate the formal Governance of the Europool operation as detailed in the contract
Developing Operating processes with Stores, DCs and RSUs for use of Loose Equipment
Track and Drive the implementation of the Europool full rollout Contract and Business case
