Aká bude vaša práca u nás?

- Proposal and implementation of online communication to increase traffic and the number of conversions, to raise the engagement rate, producing an effective analysis and adapting the communication accordingly. Managing all channels – corporate websites, social media, direct mailing and online campaigns.
- Vision and strategy setting in digital field
- Budget planning and spending
- Daily monitoring of online activities, their detailed analysis, together with interpretation of website traffic and visitor behaviour
- Cooperation with advertising, media and PR agency and internal departments in Tesco
- Work with internal departments to help develop digital media and communication objectives
- Communication with counterparts in other countries in Tesco group
- Competitor monitoring, benchmarking and reporting to the ATL marketing manager

Personality requirements and skills

- At least 3 years professional experience in online marketing
- Proven experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEO, PPC, CMS, CRM, etc.
- Ability to work closely with various departments and project development to meet their needs
- Ability to plan complex productions and meet deadline
- Analytical skills
- Creativity, focus on a detail with eye for design
- Goal oriented
- Enthusiasm
- Motivated team player
- Familiarity with trends in online marketing
