• Produce periodic TICB (Tesco International Clothing Brand) Management Account, comment the results and prepare the summary for the TICB Board
• Produce TICB KPI’s reports
• Produce TICB Budget, Profit Plans and Long-term Plans
• Coordinate and enhance processes for TICB Budget and Profit Plans
• Upload TICB Budgets and Profit Plans into Hyperion system
• Maintain TICB Budget models and produce Budget updates, comparing plans vs. actuals and add comments for potential differences
• Suppliers set up agenda
• Produce regular TICB weekly nad monthly reports
• Support TIF (Tesco International Franchise) Management Account and budgeting process including uploading Profit Plans into Hyperion system
