To develop effective internal communications so our colleagues hear from us first about what’s happening in the business and feel proud to work for Tesco.
On a daily basis:
-Managing all existing internal communication channels, establishing new creative comm. channels
-Writing all pro-active and re-active internal communication, including producing of internal publications (e.g. internal magazine), ensuring that all communication is in line with our values
-Managing and successful delivery of the internal communications events (internal conferences) in a way which is engaging for colleagues
-To collect feedback on perception of Tesco as an employer internally and externally
-Close cooperation and alignment with external communication
